How to update:
1. Download the HEX file
or
1. Compile it yourself with Arduino IDE and select
Sketch -> Export compiled binary
Then you find the HEX in the subfolders of the source code.
Always select the HEX file without (!) Bootloader
2. Connect the USB Arduino device
3. Start the tool, select the HEX file nad press Flash.
Should autodetect the right chip and flash the HEX file
